
Tours will operate when a minimum number of passengers are booked. Blackslee Tours reserve the right to cancel a scheduled tour when this minimum figure is not reached. Passengers already booked will be refunded monies paid to date.
Any complaints during you holiday should be brought to the attention of the ‘tour leader/courier’ during the course of the holiday, when they will endeavour to resolve the issue.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis. If you require a particular seat please book early. If a medical condition dictates that you must sit on a specific seat we will endeavour to accommodate your needs as far as possible.
In the event of cancellation either by one or all parties named on the booking form, a scale of cancellation charges, which is based on the estimated expenses and losses suffered by the company as a result of cancellations. The scale is as follows:
Cancellation as a % of total cost:
29-56 days 30% of total cost
15-28 days 50% of total cost
7-14 days 80% of total cost
1-6 days 100% of total cost
Luggage is one medium sized suitcase (20kg) max but small bag may also be taken on board the coach. It is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is correctly labelled (luggage labels provided) and loaded onto the coach. We are there is assist.
No smoking/alcohol policy operates on coach by law. There is now a law regarding these in public places. No smoking policy is law in hotels, etc both in Ireland and the UK
Blackslee Tours reserve the right to vary any tour. This includes weather, road works, civil disturbances, sickness, strikes, sailings and by the majority on the tour.
Eating within reason is allowed on coaches. However we do not expect crumbs and spilled drink on the coach and upholstery. We do ask that greasy food is not taken on board.
Blackslee Tours, unless to their proven negligence, do not accept liability or responsibility for any damage or injury suffered by persons incurred during the holiday, etc or for any illnesses taken place having had previous history of the same. Illnesses and previous history of same must be declared to insurance company or Blackslee Tours before departure. We do not accept liability for loss of luggage, money or personal property while on tour. Blackslee Tours do not accept liability for vehicles/personal belongings left at departure point while you are on tours. Do not forget to take out adequate travel insurance for you and your family when you are booking your holiday. Annual or single trip policies are available to provide cover for medical fees, loss of personal possessions and holiday cancellations. Make sure this is holiday insurance – not just travel insurance – and that it covers you for South of Ireland as well as the UK. Any local insurance brokers will be only to happy to assist you. Details of any disability, medication, medical condition or allergies to be advised to Blackslee Tours. We only need to know about anything that may affect you whilst on the trip. This information will be kept confidential. Doctors name and address and contact number would also be needed. Emergency contact details is advised.
Before your trip, it is recommended that you give the hotel telephone number and my mobile number 07734562121 or your own mobile number to your next-of-kin, so that you could be contacted in case of emergency at home.
Single rooms are limited and may involve single room supplements which are set by the hotels not Blackslee Tours. You will be advised of this at time of booking.
Pick-up points will be made available as convenient as possible to suit you. It is your responsibility to check pickup times 2 (two) days before departure. Make sure you are at the correct departure point 10 (ten) minutes before prearranged time given by Blackslee Tours. Blackslee Tours does not accept responsibility for any expenses incurred by anyone left behind. Ensure this does not happen.
A £50 (fifty pounds) E80 (eighty euro deposit is required within 5 working days of reservation to secure you seat. Sterling or Euro welcome. Cheques or cash accepted. I do not accept credit card as the charge to Blackslee Tours would be too high and would have to be passed on to you the customer.
A completed booking form with the deposit must be received within 5 (five) working days of provisional booking by telephone. Fill it in and return to Blackslee Tours.

There will be a reduced rate for children under 12 years. Just ask for a quote. This is on the hotel only and is dictated by the hotel
NOE: This deposit is non-refundable. Final payments must be paid 6 (six) weeks before departure.
If you require us to put together a tour for your group, do not hesitate to contact us, we are only too happy to do so.
No pets allowed on coaches or in hotels.
