Kinross is situated on the shores of Lough Leven and The Green Hotel boasts its own golf course. This is a must for all steam enthusiasts Leave our boat behind and head for Gretna Green for our first stop. Drive on to our hotel in Bingley for a well earned rest. Next day tour to the steam museum in York where you will visit “The Flying Scotsman”. This 4 day tour of Northern Ireland starts off with a coffee stop at the Linen Green at Moygashel. On to Belfast to do the city tour which includes The Lagan Lookout, the colleges, universities and the story of the ship building industry as well as the linen industry down through the last century, the living conditions in this wonderful city from the time of the first world war in 1914 to the present day. Then wander off and have a short visit to the marina in Carrickfergus. After stretching our legs we wander on to our hotel at the beginning of the beautiful Glens of Antrim in the town of Carnlough. Day .2.
After a hearty breakfast we travel along the shores of Lough Erne to the Championship course at Murvagh in Co Donegal, Darren Clarke stated “One of my favourite courses in the world”. The course in situated on the Murvagh peninsula in Donegal Bay. On one side is the great Atlantic Ocean and Donegal Bay on the other. None golfers will be taken to Ballybofey to the famous McElhinneys department store enjoying the scenery on route. Back to pick up the golfers and back to our base at Lough Erne Golf Resort where everyone gets ready for the gala evening and when the Blackslee trophy for both the Mens and Ladies prizes will be presented.
Day .3.
After breakfast we depart the hotel with an option to spend some time in Enniskillen or have a tour on the Kestrel Water Bus based at the round ‘O’. It can take you on a guided tour of Lough Erne and hear the history of the area and see Enniskillen by water and down to Devenish Island. Embark and have a stroll on the Island founded in the 6th century and visit the famous 16th century tower. On our way home stop we can stop at the Linen Green for a bite to eat. Home around 5pm.

Then enter the area of the Trossachs. Stop for a short time in town of Callander before returning to our ferry. In this where possible a Highland Distillery will be visited.
